4. Installation and Equipment
Professional installation is included with most service plans. You agree to:
- Provide safe access to your property for installation
- Properly maintain and protect provided equipment
- Return all equipment upon service termination
- Pay replacement costs for damaged or lost equipment
- Allow access for maintenance and service calls
5. Billing and Payments
Payment terms include:
- Monthly service fees are due on the date specified on your bill
- Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees
- Automatic payment options are available and encouraged
- Price changes require 30-day advance notice
- All fees and taxes are clearly itemized on your bill
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:

- Network abuse that affects other users' service quality
- Operating servers or commercial activities (residential plans)
- Circumventing network security or access controls
