IMPORTANT NOTICE: Astralinq is an independent third-party service assistance platform launched in 2025. We are NOT a cable company, internet service provider, or streaming service. We do not sell internet, cable, or streaming subscriptions. We provide independent guidance and support services for a separate fee.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Astralinq's independent service assistance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users of our assistance and guidance services.
2. Service Description
Astralinq provides independent assistance services including:
- Guidance on cable, internet, and streaming service options
- Technical troubleshooting assistance and support
- Help navigating service provider systems and portals
- Device setup and configuration guidance
- Network optimization recommendations
- Facilitation of communication with service providers
We do NOT provide: Actual internet connectivity, cable TV service, streaming subscriptions, or physical network infrastructure.
3. Independent Status
Astralinq operates as an independent company:
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cable, internet, or streaming provider
- We do not represent or act as agents for telecommunications companies
- All provider trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners
- References to providers are for informational purposes only
- We maintain complete independence in our operations
4. Service Fees and Billing
Astralinq charges separate fees for assistance services:
- Our fees are clearly disclosed before you engage our services
- Payment is due for Astralinq services regardless of provider outcomes
- You will continue to be billed separately by your service provider
- Our fees do not replace or reduce provider charges
- Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy (7-15 days based on service type)
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent our relationship with service providers
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Harass or abuse our support staff
- Claim we are affiliated with or represent service providers
- Share account credentials or violate provider terms
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
6. Service Limitations
Our assistance services are subject to:
- Availability of our support staff and specialists
- Cooperation and policies of third-party service providers
- Technical limitations of provider systems we do not control
- Your eligibility for specific provider services or promotions
- Our ability to facilitate, not guarantee, service outcomes
7. No Guarantees
Astralinq provides assistance and guidance but cannot guarantee:
- Service provider approval of your applications
- Specific pricing, speeds, or service quality from providers
- Resolution of all technical issues beyond our control
- Provider service availability in your area
- Specific outcomes from provider interactions
Provider Results Disclaimer: Final service availability, pricing, and terms are determined solely by the service provider, not Astralinq.
8. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by service package:
- Basic Assistance ($29): 7-day money-back guarantee
- Standard Support ($49): 10-day satisfaction guarantee
- Premium Care ($79): 15-day service guarantee

9. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only information necessary to provide assistance services. We will NEVER:
- Ask for your service provider account passwords
- Request credit card information for provider accounts
- Share your personal information without consent

10. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify assistance services with 15-day notice
- Update pricing with 30-day advance notice
- Suspend service for payment issues or policy violations
- Terminate service for repeated violations or abuse
You may cancel at any time. Refund eligibility is based on the timeframes above.

13. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for our assistance services. We are NOT liable for:
- Provider service interruptions or outages
- Lost productivity or business interruption
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Provider equipment failures or technical issues
- Outcomes of provider interactions beyond our control
14. Dispute Resolution
For disputes related to our assistance services:
- First contact our support team for resolution
- Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration
- Small claims court remains available for eligible matters
- Class action waiver: disputes must be resolved individually
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to jurisdiction in Delaware courts for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
